Renaissance Women’s Group – Birthing Baby Class

$100RWG – Birthing Baby Class
Renaissance Women’s Group is proud to offer childbirth education to you and your partner.
This class will help you build confidence in your body’s ability to give birth, feel more prepared and less anxious for the big day!
We will discuss the stages of labor, when to call and go to the hospital for labor, different relaxation techniques, breathing techniques, coaching tips, pain management, and epidurals, medical interventions, vaginal and C-section deliveries, and recovery. You will have an opportunity to ask questions as well.
A good time to select and register for the class is in your 5th month of pregnancy (around 20 weeks). We recommend you take the class in your third trimester of pregnancy (around 28 weeks). Plan to finish your class about 4 – 6 weeks before your due date.
Instructor: Tania Yousaf, ARNP, FNP-C
Tania started her nursing career in Labor and Delivery in 2012. She has been practicing as an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner since 2017. She is passionate about ensuring that patients understand all facets of their care so that they can make informed and educated decisions when it comes to the birth of their baby. You may see her in the office for one of your appointments as well, so don’t hesitate to say hello!
