Get acquainted with Dr. Emily Biller, an accomplished and caring Austin OBGYN
Dr. Emily Biller dedicates herself to providing excellent patient care while getting to know the women she treats. According to Dr. Biller, “I believe treating patients is a privilege. The doctor-patient relationship has the potential to become one of the strongest bonds because of the vulnerability and trust that is built over time.”
Emily Biller MD likes to educate her patients so that they can share in the decision-making. “I believe knowledge is power. As your physician, it is my job to make sure that you have a clear understanding of your own body and how we can optimize your health.”
Emily Biller MD acquired her education from esteemed universities
Dr. Emily Biller attended Baylor University for her undergraduate education, earning a Bachelor of Science in biology. For medical school, she attended Texas A&M University College of Medicine. She is proud that two national honor societies chose her for membership.
She says, “One of the things I am most proud of from medical school was being inducted into both the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. The AOA is for those who excel academically, but induction into the Gold Humanism Honor Society showed I also prioritized bedside manner and compassion to create strong relationships with patients.”
Our Austin OBGYN completed her OBGYN residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix.
Emily Biller MD spent many hours on research projects during her medical training. She carries that curiosity into her practice to benefit her patients. She explains, “I am dedicated to continuously learning and making sure I’m up to date with the most recent and evidence-based medicine for my patients.”
