Comprehensive hereditary cancer assessment

For women with family histories of breast, ovarian, and colon cancer, we offer comprehensive cancer assessment testing. We encourage you to discuss this with your Austin OBGYN for more information and details on what the assessment covers.

Many types of insurance will not cover this testing without proof of medical necessity. If you are interested in hereditary cancer testing, contact your insurance company for benefit coverage information.

Maneuvering through menopause

You’ve likely heard or read about hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and can feel confused about whether or not to try it. Is HRT helpful? Is HRT harmful? A thorough discussion with your Austin OBGYN is necessary to make that decision.
