Blanca Duncan MD was born in Mexico, and she has lived most of her life in Texas and Louisiana. Today, she is an Austin OBGYN and a proud Women’s Health Texas provider. She feels it is an honor to provide care to women during some of the most momentous events in life. As an OBGYN, Dr. Duncan offers the full range of women’s health services, including obstetrics and gynecology.
Blanca Duncan MD received her bachelor’s degree in international business from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. She attended medical school at the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport. Dr. Duncan then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at this prestigious institution. She has been practicing in the local community since the completion of her residency, and she joined us as an Austin OBGYN in 2019.
Her focus is on providing high-quality, compassionate and individualized care to women. The bonds she forms with her patients and her role in promoting their well-being, particularly in some of the most important moments of their life, makes this the most rewarding job she can imagine.
Dr. Duncan is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also a member of the American Medical Association, the Texas Medical Association and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. These professional memberships allow her to continue providing the most-advanced care to her patients.
During her time away from work, her greatest joy is raising her baby girl alongside her husband. She also enjoys the outdoors and traveling.
