Empowering young girls and women
Tania Yousaf is passionate about empowering young girls and women to ask questions about their gynecologic and reproductive health so that they are equipped with the tools they need to navigate through life at any age.
Tania is a proud member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2008 from where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition. In 2011, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She returned to Houston to work as a Labor and Delivery nurse in the Houston Methodist hospital system. She continued her education at Texas Women’s University in Denton, TX where she earned her Master’s degree in Nursing. After becoming certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she relocated to Seattle, WA to work in retail health and a busy OBGYN practice. She returned home to Texas to be closer to family and is elated to be part of the Renaissance OBGYN team. She is a member of the Austin Area Nurse Practitioners, Texas Nurse Practitioners and American Association for Nurse Practitioners.
Tania enjoys her personal time
During her time off, Tania enjoys exploring the city of Austin, working on her photography skills, kayaking on Lady Bird Lake, and spending time with her family in Houston. She is a cat mom to a handsome Siberian named Prince Tiger.
